  1. LIGHT-ROM 7 Notes -

  3.    To load the Lightwave material, set your content directory to this CD-ROM. Thumbnails of all the material on this CD-ROM are present. For individual thumbnail renderings of each Lightwave object, look in the "Scene" file directory of that file. For groups of thumbnail renderings of each contributor, look into the "Indexes" directory.

  5.    For the DEM material, please read all of the docs & Text files in the "DEM_Docs" directory. Thumbnails of the DEMS are located in each DEM directory. The Windows binary DEMs are compressed using a "Zip" utility to conserve space so I could fit everything on this single CD-ROM.

  7.   All of the Lightwave material is licensed from John Foust/Syndesis Corp. The majority of this material comes from an unpublished "3D Rom #3" from Syndesis Corp.

  9.    LIGHT-ROM 8 will be published by June 30, 1999 and will feature all of the regular contributors seen on LIGHT-ROM 6 & earlier issues.
